I came here many times.I was very satisfied every time.Today I came with my guests. We asked for extra juice. When the juice was delayed, I asked for it to be cancelled. An employee who said that her name was Fatoş said that it was okay to cancel it like scolding...I told her that I came here to have breakfast, not to be scolded.Unfortunately, she continued to speak aggressively and responded harshly...It was a behaviour that did not suit such a nice restaurant....I hope you will take this comment into consideration...
Although we reached the end of the breakfast, the variety was more than enough. Products such as menemen and pişi were still hot and delicious. They collect the open buffet at 14 o'clock and we asked for another glass of tea for later and they did not write it on the account. They even said you came late and wanted to offer another glass, it was a kind gesture.
Today, we had a dessert with friends and had a dessert. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be a very suitable place for people with families and children. Smoking and hookah smoking in almost all of the open halls. It is not suitable for families with children. There is a very gloomy and noisy atmosphere inside... Unfortunately, the cafe owners did not help us to move to a suitable place. The incoming dessert did not meet our expectations... unfortunately, we asked for it to be corrected again... In a country like the Netherlands, they wanted to make a collective invoice. We were able to pay separately upon insistence... In general, we can say that we were not satisfied at all.
Hello, I would like to share with you our experiences about the florya restaurant we went as 4 people. Maybe like most of you, we went there because of the high stars and good reviews, we ordered 2 adana kebabs, a pasta and a soup, and the presentation of the tuna sandwich food was not even remotely related to what was shown on the menu, it was terrible, that is, the bread of the tuna sandwich was given to the dog. the tuna in the tuna fish was as stale as 1 week old bread and they took the tuna out of the box and poured it directly, the garnishes they gave with the kebabs were not cooked without any spread, they only showed the fire, almost if they were not ashamed, they would put the zucchini directly on the plate without washing it. There was a middle-aged woman with a broken head inside, I think she was either the owner or the manager, she was insulting and insulting approaches and attitudes with sarcastic attitudes to foreign tourists who did not speak Turkish, together with the waiters next to her, the food that should be served in 10 minutes came in 1 hour because of the lack of operation of the friends inside and fighting with each other, we filled our stomach with the breads they brought before the meal, I think the only good thing was the bottle of coca colardı we drank, and despite all this disgrace, we shamelessly put it on the bill 92,They wrote a price of 75 euro, we came to the comments, do not come if you do not come or if you want to be disgraced with your money.
