De specialisten namen echt de tijd om naar mijn wensen te luisteren, ik wilde graag een natuurlijke nieuwe haarlijn en wat extra op de kruin. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over het hele traject.tot nu toe. Vanaf het eerste consult voelde het goed en betrokken, en werd goed geïnformeerd. Ik kon ten alle tijde vragen stellen vooraf en achteraf en stelde mij menigmaal gerust. De behandeling zelf verliep professioneel en pijnloos, en het team was zeer vriendelijk en kundig. Ook de nazorg was uitstekend: duidelijke instructies en dus de goede bereikbaarheid en snelle respons bij vragen gaven mij het betrokken gevoel.
