We are regular customers. We went again yesterday. My wife ordered baklava, 4 pieces 1 portion. Baklavas were so dry and flavourless that she couldn't even finish 1 of them. Later, when we explained the situation to a lady working there, her manner and answer really shocked us. "Oh yes, they were like that, but we put a new one in the oven..." How can you present a product that you know is bad or flavourless when you know that it is made by you for 3kuruş(!)?? Joint place with kebab shop. There is no pistachio in the baklava or the quality is very low. I ordered burma baklava, officially dough and not a gram of flavour. The worst mado in my life

I waited at least 40 minutes for 1 piece of menemen.My mother asked for a water boregi, they only put 2 small pieces of borek in the boregi they bought for 10 euros.They heated the water boregi in the microwave so much (I saw it because the microwave oven was in front of me) that the structure of the boregi was completely broken and it was very dry.13 There were no eggs in the menemen they bought, they only put the canned food in the pan and grated the grated kasar on it, and when I claimed that it was for menemen without eggs and said that I didn't like it, everyone was very satisfied, and the employee responded that you didn't like it for the first time, as if he was bringing it for the sake of his father, as if I wouldn't pay for it.I couldn't approve of such amateurism for a corporate company like Mado, it was a fiasco in the full sense of the word. ....
The food is good but a bit expensive compared to the Dutch market. You can eat the original European menus at a more affordable price, including a beer and a wine, but for those who miss the quality of kebab in Turkey, you can go once a year. But the main problem is in the place. It has 3 nice tables, the rest are in the corridor and the giant door is constantly cold as it opens. Very uncomfortable mall unfortunately... good place is the car park
There are many breakfast options, but what do some products have to do with breakfast? For example, sterlet, pasta salad, etc.? Most of them get cold, if taken into consideration, much more 🤌🏻olur. Also, what I pay attention to in every place is the background music,, If I come to a Turkish place, I want to listen to Turkish music, there are those who come here knowing this, this is a Turkish place should have Turkish music, nett!!! When we go to Italy, they don't play music from another culture because there are many foreigners, The essence is what it is.. thank you:))
