Kaasboerderij Schep is a family-run farm in the Groene Hart region of the Netherlands. The couple Jaap Schep and Rianne de Wit live and work on the farm together with their children Tim and Eva. The farm produces award-winning Goudse cheeses and has won many prizes in various cheese competitions. It is particularly well known for products such as notenkaas (cheese with walnuts) and oude kaas (old cheese). The farm offers visitors experiences such as demonstrating the cheese-making process, feeding the animals and offering various farm activities. Educational and fun activities for children are also organised and special programmes for school groups are offered. The farm also has a modern meeting and event venue, the new hooiberg, which can organise meetings and events for groups of 20 to 50 people. The farm also has a shop where local products are sold.
